Founded in 2012, Ecological Processes is an online, open-access English academic journal sponsored by the Institute of Applied Ecology (IAE) of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) and the Ecological Society of China (ESC) and published by Springer. This journal mainly publishes the research results on key processes affecting ecosystem structure and function and ecosystem services at different spatial and temporal scales, promotes people's cognition of ecosystem sustainability, and provides scientific support for improving ecosystem management ability. The journal has been included in international databases such as EI, Scopus, SCI, etc.
